I received an excellent customer service from the TFG group, I bought clothes from the Foschini online store and they were delivered the next day. I also received continuous communication regarding the movement of my parcel and I did not join any queue when picking up the parcel at the shop. It was quick and the cashiers were friendly and welcoming. Clothes were folded nicely and they look exactly as how they are displayed on the website. Good quality and proper packaging. I am happy....
