Benefiting from Covid-19

When the lockdown started in March Markams sent its clients SMS's to register online to pay accounts online as its stores were closed due to Covid-19 restrictions. I registered online after registering On TFG webside it said congradulations you have won R1500 voucher by registering with us. Later on I recieved an SMS that says I won R1500. I could not use the voucher as the stores was close. They sent again SMS in May 2020 to say that "to ensure I use my voucher we have extended it until the stores are open". when I arrived at the store boom! No voucher under my name. I have sent email to TFG customer care they said the metter is been investigated. I have called. To ask if it was just a **** but no one says anything about it. It been 2 full months and 3 weeks now.During this trying time how can you guy play with you loyal clients like this mara?!!!!
