Being contacted for an account (for payment) that i dont have

I would sincerely appreciate it if someone can urgently contact me. It seems that my information was used by a lady (from another country might i add) for her American Swiss account. I have tried to get this resolved for the past 5 years and albeit the people i speak to are very friendly, it is not resolved. I get an sms on a monthly basis to pay my outstanding American Swiss account (in dollars) from TFG and have also been phoned by debt collectors. I really need help in resolving this matter as i do not have a TFG account. Thank you
