Being cheated by Exact Carletonville!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I took a phone at Exact (Carletonville), i asked the lady to put my phone on insurance and it was ticked off instore as insured, when the phone got lost I went into store and was told that I am not insured, because the lady who was assisting me did not put through the documents and there is nothing they can do about it.......</p> <p> </p> <p>I have proof of the insurance I had asked for and still they can not do anything about it as they say..... I am not a happy customer, for as I have been just loyal to you, until last year November...... Please if anyone can help me it would help!!!!! </p>
