Being charged for calls initiated by TFG

Dear TFG Customer Service,

I am writing to raise a grievance regarding charges app**** to my account. I have noticed that I am being billed for: Calls I received from TFG, SMS messages sent by TFG, and Calls I did not answer.

I do not understand why I should be charged for these communications, and I request a full explanation. Please clarify the basis of these charges and advise on how this can be corrected. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter, as I believe these charges are incorrect. I am writing here on helloPeter because I never ever get a response from you when ever I email you.
