BE WARY OF EXACT IN RICHARDS BAY NO RESPONSE ON IRREGULAR TRANSACTION

Lodged a complaint about an unusual occurrence at EXACT, in Richards Bay. My transaction was " not able to go through" and the gentleman advised me the system will take too long to reboot. I asked if I should leave he said yes and kept my items but this was AFTER he scanned to the system. I would like to know if the items were charged and I have ZERO RESPONSE since 28 December. This is extremely concerning.
