BASH.COM - SHOWS STOCK THEN CANCEL ORDER AND STILL SHOWS STOCK IN 4X STORES

I just had the worst experience with my Bash.com order. I checked on my order this morning to see if it has shipped yet just to find out that they cancelled one of the items. When I phoned customer service they told me that there is nothing they can do to cancel the other part of my order and refused to refund my delivery fee. they told me they cannot send from the stores that have stock either which is utter nonsense because they send parcels from their stores to begin with (not my first order)

The item still shows in stock in four of their stores at this very moment. I took pictures of it if I need to share? (can still order on Bash as they show stock)

Very disgusted with the service I received
