BASH & TFG never make an online purchase with them

I have called all day about my items that were returned without my knowledge. I HAD SPOKEN TO THE STORE I CHOOSE TO COLLECT. VERY *********** AND CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE ALSO NUISANCE. THEY TELL YOU THEY CANNOT ASSIST ME. I LITERALLY WANT MY ITEMS, I DONT WANT A REFUND, I WANT THEM NOW. SOMEONE CALL ME BACK ON MY NUMBER ENDING WITH 7981 EMAIL ENDING IN ***. I demand a solution. I was speaking to a floor manger called chanelle she said she will see what she can do. I am extremely disturbed by this occurring thing. Want to also complaint about Totalsports Watercrest
