bash (TFG) is nonsense

I'm very disappointed with the service I got after I placed an order via bash 😥firstly my order wasn't processed somehow because I never received an order number but money went off my account, I then call them to get an order number and they took me from pillar to post 🙄after being transferred from online customer service to accounts (or whatever they call it) they now tell me my order wasn't placed and the money is hanging somewhere 😭 (to think was really looking forward to my stuff) fine they now advice that they have reversed my funds since no order was placed of which did not happen because the money is still not in my acc.

I honestly don't know why TFG moved to bash because wow I'm even considering closing my account course of this nonsense. Fix it
