Bash TFG

I have ordered a phone from the bash app and paid via eft and my delivered was expected today and the delivery guys have given my order to someone else who does not stay in my house or someone I know, I've complaint on the bash and I had no help at, how can you guys give a delivery without checking the id's, i want a refund and I hope no one buys from you guys again,
