Bash - Poor service

Poor service. The first time I ordered an item they sent the wrong colour. The second time I ordered even though the system showed they had stock they canceled my order. Yet when I check stock availability they had stock around SA. Now I have to wait days for my refund. I had to go to the store to exchange the first order. They couldn't send a courier. This is what happens when a corporate takes over. They don't care about customers only your money and how they can benefit. 2/3 orders they messed up. 66,7% of the time they get it wrong.
