BASH ONLINE SHOPPING NIGHTMARE

I am so angry the new Bash has messed online shopping.. It is not user friendly but the worse problem is for three days now I have tried to complete my online shopping and by the time it gets to checkout it wont move to shipping or payment. Ive sent Bash a message advising me of the problems I have had and all I received is log out and try again. Nothing is happening, Ive tried different PCs and the very same problem. All this is doing is making me loose my items. I am so disappointed. Because online shopping is so convenient. This needs to be sorted out. I need my items. Because I cannot get these things in store and why must i be inconvenienced,
