Bash Not Honouring “Buy One Get One Free” Black Friday Promotion & No Assistance Provided

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Bash regarding the Black Friday promotion for the Tempo Watch (Order Number: SR*** / ICE B***6-01).

Bash advertised a “buy one, get one free” special on the Tempo watch during Black Friday. I placed my order specifically because of this promotion. However, when I collected my items, I only received one watch instead of two.

When I contacted Bash Support, they referred me to the store to resolve the issue. When I got to the store, the store team referred me back to Bash. I have been going in circles with absolutely no assistance and no one taking responsibility for honouring the promotion.

To make matters worse, Bash keeps sending me a gift card, which is irrelevant to this issue. My concern is simple: I purchased the watch during a Buy One Get One Free promotion and I want the second watch that I was promised.

This is unacceptable customer service. I am being sent back and forth with no resolution, and Bash is not taking accountability for the promotion they advertised.

All I am asking is for Bash to honour their Black Friday promise by providing the second Tempo watch that should have come with my order.

I expect urgent feedback and a proper resolution.
