I used Bash app placed orders on the 28th of November 2024 for their black Friday special, the special was buy 1 get 1 free item . I then went ahead and place an order on a few items ( Luella bags - buy 1 get 1 free , Luella sandals - buy 1 get 1 free) . I then started tracking my order took a while for the store to get a driver which I found weird but either way I waited patiently. Last night 03rd December 2024 i received an email informing that my Bags order was on its way and would be delivered today the 04th December 2024 .

Order was delivered 04th and collected .. That my order has been finalized now this is where the **** takes part and i only receive one item of each and not the 2nd free one .

Ordered 2 tote bags which means I should get 4 tote bags , ordered 1 purse which means I should get 2 purses/handbags I ONLY RECEIVED 2 TOTE BAGS AND 1 HANDBAG.

Ordered 2 different sandals which means I should have received 4 pairs only received 2

Last at FOSCHINI at MIDLANDS mall advised us to track the rest of the order on a pdf invoice someone please tell how do you track something on a pdf invoice with no Tracking number 😡😡😡😡😡😡
