Bash ... always problems when purchasing online !!!

I ordered from Bash 5 times , and almost every time there's a problem, not receiving what I ordered!.. or something gets canceled due to a little hiccup in their inventory !!!???... or you will click on a item online to purchase, then a error message would pop up ! .. like seriously we aren't suppose to struggle with things like this , it's 2025 !
