Bad treatment by call center

I have opened my account with Foschini a few years ago. With all going in SA I have lost 50% of my income and am now in a position only to pay a portion of my payment. They manipulate and force you to agree to a minimum payment. The call center doesn't care if you say give me a few months and everything will return to normal.

Never open an account with them.
