Bad sevice and consulatnts not well trained to handle quiries

I had a complaint lodged with the company previously and when i spoke to a consultant over the phone she informed to me the complain was resolved and all amounts due will be reversed unfortunately this is not so as i am still recieving sms stating i have amount due and final notice calls from the company.

Please review my call with your agent as what we agreed on has not been done and um not happy. Your consulatnts are not good tarin ,no respect to customers ,please also review all ouytbound calls to me and rate
