bad service - online sales

Good day, i bought 3 items from Foschini online during blak friday promotions. I bought these 3 items from Galaxy co which is part of the Foschini Group. My account was debited with the total for the 3 items, I only receive one item of the 3, no one is telling me anything about the other items that are already bought. Now i have to call Foschini to remind them that i paid for the two items, they see nothing wrong in taking the money but not deliverying. Now it's my responsibility to remind them to send me the items but they are already charging interest on something that i don't even have.
