Bad service., inconvenience and frustrating

I was approved for credit in December 2023 at Foschini. With my employment contract details and my other incomes were registered at mall of Africa. Today I was told my account is blocked due to my employment contract. My question is why give people credit (Huge credit) when u know very well that they are on contract and their accounts will be blocked within the 6 months of opening the account. Or is it a way of gaining interest with our debts, as to me it looks like a loan that was not explained. Worse the contract i app**** with expired long time ago but I'm still working with the same company as I'm into construction, we work with projects , I believe once an approval has been granted, it is the customers responsibility to make sure they pay the amount due. This system TFG is using is frustrating. Unreliable and we are given a bad service by you call center department when we query, as if we are doing ***** or being treated as bad payers.
