Bad service i received looking for help with my ITC from Nasheetaa

i have been having a TFG account for many years now and its so sad that they cant even assist with my ITC, on my ITC report it shows current balance R5 937 , the reason for my call to TFG was to look for assistance with my ITC , i tried to apply for loan at the bank and i was told i cant afford because it shows i pay R5 937 to sportscene per month, i was on a 13 min call with Nasheetaa and what she told is that they bank they dont know what they doing and they as TFG they cant do anything about it, i asked that i once has the same problem with Avon and Justine and i received a letter from that, so what is wrong with TFG to do so, it means now my life will be stuck because of TFG account that i even pay on a monthly basis.

i am not sure why should i suffer because of TFG.my monthly repayment its R595 , what is so hard with sportscene to assist with my ITC?
