Bad service from Tfg

Greetings again can someone please try to solve my issue know I have a problem regarding my UI 19 form that needs declaration of payments to be sorted my problem is when I send an email with the instructions that I had been advised by department of labour Fuse synergy doesn't want to assist I sent an email stating that they should ensure that the declaration of payments matches what is on the system I even attached the pictures to show them exactly what should be on the paper but they don't want to assist in order for me to get my maternity leave entitlement honestly Tfg is a disaster can somebody help me in order for me to get what's entitled to me
