Bad service from tfg
Today I called tfg customer care I spoke Miranda Ref for the call 10201baa9. I was calling becouse tfg promised to clear my name on the 29th of January 2020 but still today I went for car finance and was declined because of tfg Moneeba the manager was supposed to call me back and I guess I wasn't important enough to get a call back. Can tfg pls give me a reason why my name hasn't been cleared as per our conversation in January 2020. My ID number ***
