BAD SERVICE FROM TFG

I have called 3 times to sort out my account and they keep capturing my contact details incorrect. They cancelled my order bash and ruined my whole surprise for my wife, This is not on , they keep blocking my account because and i have to keep calling in to verify its me and its becoming frustrating. there is no more stock online of the two sneakers as it was on sale and because of their actions they have messed up my plans and i no longer have a gift
