bad service

On Sunday the 10th of November i tried to order using my TFG account but my credit was R665 and my order was R730 so i knew that i have to add the difference ,to my surprise my credit is gone but my cart still has the items that i ordered and they had a special of 20℅ that was up until 9pm i could not order because my credit was gone,when i called they say it was a technical error on their side they will return my credit buy my order did not go through ,yet their special is over and i wanted to order the special.TFG is a ****
