Bad Service

Called your customer care number and spoke to an agent who introduced himself as Kurt. He refused to give me his surname cos according to him your policies allows your agents to refuse with their surnames cos of POPI act. Lol.

If the call was recorded kindly listen to it cos at one point he told me that he wasn't going to entertain me any further when I wanted to know why I was paying but I did not credit available on my Markham account. He told me that I did not have activity on my account but acknowledged my payments. How is that not an activity, that's when he got angry especially when I mentioned that he should be performing especially if the calls are recorded. Anyway I am still not answered.
