Bad service delivery

I called in last week Friday trying to cancel a order I did online and I in the same hour I called to cancel as I learnt my delivery will be arriving too late for when I needed the item for the lady confirmed that she is now cancelling it will take up to 5 working days I said fine hoping that this week Friday my account will be credited I received sms this morning saying my order on its way... And I cancelled it last week now the call center said that because I cannot remember who I spoke to its my fault and problem... I cannot now but the takkies for my daughter that I wanted as that was the only balance I had on my account now I have to wait until my delivery gets to me take it to a store and wait another 10 working days by then my daughter no longer wants those takkies cuz she wants to buy it this Friday latest you guys are making my life hell this festive season....my order number is p ********** 02
