Bad Service

I called Chatsworth centre Markham on 22 November 2023 at about 10h50 and Phelo answered. I then explained to her that I wanted her to check for stock using SKU as soon as she had what I wanted she told me that she'll get someone to assist. I heard her calling out someone telling that person to assist. I waited for over 5min and nobody came to phone.I could here Phelo in the background talking. Surely if was really busy she should have ensured that someone assist me and I've been to that store before and it wouldn't have been difficult for her to see that the person she called didn't come to the phone. I then cut the call and redial and she answered again and told me that she's busy. I then explained that since she took the call it gives an impression that she's going to be providing assistance.
