Bad service

I am deeply saddened that you let Htn collect on your behalf while all they do is mistreat people and seem not to care . I was discouraged by one of their consultant to stop paying at the store and take the debit order option not even informing me that I will be charged interest if I take their option .I finished paying and till today I am still waiting for settlement letter and the R370 which they over debited let alone the interest charged . I have requested for call recordings and they are not complying because they are fully aware of their fault , every time a team leader will tell me that they will listen to the call and provide feedback but no one comes back to me . I was mislead and not given correct information on the initial call .I still want to know why i was not told of that interest, despite the bad service I still honored my arrangement. There's so much I can say but to cut matters short please step in and I will not let it go until I get help
