Bad service.
I went on to RFO wynberg and Phillipi where I was told the are no laybyes except at this time of the year, RFO Phillip is annoying the tellers have a huge sign that say labyes eccept but all year round they don't take laybyes, do they think they are in V and A ha.a they taking advantage of us. To day I will try Bellville hopefully I get a more satisfying answer. Am disappointed in TGF.
