Bad service

On 24 February 2023 I placed an online order P*** and another was placed on 25 February P*** I was disappointed when the packages arrived. On order no P*** I ordered a size large dress but instead size small was delivered but the invoice had size large and on order P*** I ordered 2 pack bonded boyleg sku ***6 but instead they sent different color altogether without any tags but it is not what I ordered. Both these orders were fulfilled by Foschini Midlands Mall . I think whoever do packages for online orders there is not careful enough because these orders would have been done on the same day. I understand that I can return items to the nearest store but it doesn't really help because I actually wanted those specific items and now Midlands mall has denied me the opportunity because these items are no longer available online. This is actually not the first because order P*** sku ***9 I received a single panty yet its supposed to be a 2 pack.
