Bad service @ The FIX
I went to The Fix store in Festival Mall to go collect an online purchase , and I am really dissapointed at the customer service i received , for one the lady did not even bother to help inspect the parcel as to no diffects , and also she did not even bother to give me a plastic packet , i had to ask her if my daughter could fit the parcel , and she did not even have the care in the world what so ever ,all she cared about was to stand at the change room and chit chat with her friend as though the is nothing wrong.
