BAD SERVICE AT TFG CLAIMS ADMIN

VERY BAD SERVICE I would like to write about TFG Insurance claims. I had an insurance with them for a cellphone that I bought cash, I've been paying the monthly installment without any problems. When I lost my phone I had to claim and I gave them all the required documents but it took me for almost a month for the claim to be approved they've been sending me from pillar to post up until i I had to be harsh with them over the phone... Now I wanted to cancel my insurance, I've been cancelling the insurance since 04 January 2024 but they haven't cancelled it, and I worried because it's gonna affect my credit score, all they are sending is references all the time, I even went to their store to cancel it they phoned and they said they will cancel it, that was on the 11th of March 2024 but today it's the 8th but still it's not cancelled... I'm so furious they don't respond to emails it's just automated messages, and when I phone them they cut the call.... Please help me, I want them to cancel it with immediate effect and send me proof that they cancelled it
