Bad service At sterns

Good day I claimed my wedding band at sterns Tubatse Crossing and the claim was approved but now the store manager is giving a run around, she said i must get something of the exact value which they don’t have, I even suggested I get something different and pay the difference but she refused, I even asked her can’t she order the ring then, but she refused. It’s been over three months now and the claim might expire sooN
