Bad service and unreliable

I have opened an account with TFG and everything went well and I was given credit. I have been paying it on time and having no problem all of a sudden my account was blocked because my contract from work is not on order. How do you open an account for me and give me credit only to tell me a few months later that my contract is not in order, why open it in the first place cz you should have just declined it to begin with. Do you understand the inconvenience you caused. I could have opened an account somewhere else where I would have been valued as a reliable paying customer. I hate how you treat people and encourage everyone never to open an account with you guys cause you don't treat your customers well.
