bad service and lies

On Sunday I went to one of your store EXACT clothing store in ALEXANDRA PAN Africa to buy a phone sansung J2,everything went well and received a good service from the cashier,the problem started when they referred a guy to come and assist me with activating the phone,He did everything BUT he went and lie told me that He cant insert the sim card that comes with the cell phone inside the phone,I then asked Him why ,He told me that the network inside the store is poor there is no TELKOM network in the store ,I then asked him again that why doesn’t He RICA that sim card since i had a proof of residence with me,He said no the sim card is already registered i told him that I dont want to come back to the store and complain about this sim card He then assured me that everything will be fine with the sim card i don’t have to worry,GUESS WHAT WHEN I GOT HOME THE SIM CARD SAYS UNREGISTERED SIM,NOW I AM SITTING WITH A SIM CARD THAT IS NOT WORKING AND I CANNOT GO TO THE HOP TO RICA THIS SIM CARD,NOW WHAT
