bad service

i got a bad customer service in one of Jet store in (Jhb)i was left in the till while cashiers running after shoplifters ,its so embarrassing such a big company like Tfg cant hire security guards ,your staff are not trained to be security guards your employees are going through a lot in your stores you cant run big stores like Jet with no security guards and you dont have staff in your stores.
