BAD SERVICE

I made a payment on my account # *** on 1 July 2024. I continuously get phone calls, sms's, emails telling me I have not paid and that my credit record is being damaged. I have emailed my proof of payment to several different email addresses which includes a credit supervisor! On my lastest statement, which shows that my account is in arrears, I have been charged for sms's and emails! Please sort this out once and for all!!!!
