I wish to complain against TFG, I made payment arrangements during June 2024 informing TFG that I am unemployed and is not receiving any income and that can afford to pay TFG R 500.00 per month.

Today I received a SMS from TFG stating the following: "TFG Honor our arrangement by paying R 6500.00 today on ur American Swiss Acc to avoid being listed as a slow payer".

I never made an arrangement with TFG to pay R 6500.00 but did make the arrangement to pay R 500.0 p/m.

This highly unprofessional of TFG to send me this SMS.

I demand that TFG stop sending me SMS’s and honor our arrangement of paying R 500.00 per month.
