Bad service

I called Midway Crossing Sportscene in the morning of 18 August 2023 and I spoke to Sakhile Cebekhulu and I was looking for an item (sku ***9 size Medium) he told me that there is but someone will explain something. He then gave a phone to Nonhlanhla who told me she's keeping the item for someone who called the previous day, 17 August. I then called the store again on 19 August and spoke to Sakhile again and after checking he informed me that they still keeping the item for a customer who called on the 19th. I then asked him how possible is it that a sale item can be kept for someone for so many days when there's a customer who wants to buy it. He then told me that they keep items based on the discussion with the customer and there are no time frames it can be weeks I assumed.. There's been times when I called any of TFG stores and salesperson were refusing to keep items for 2hrs telling me that they cannot keep sale items and now there's a store keeping item for days might even be weeks
