Bad service

I bought an Huawei mate pan February and opted for insurers which was approved unfortunately I lost it now

When I purchased this product I was told that they will start denoting me on the month of March which is I agreed stating the date 6/8 or March but no money was deducted from my bank account went to the nearest tfg store to report they told me to relax that it will be deducted on the next month double and I did not mind then they tried taking money again on the 19 or 18 of the month if I'm not mistaken but I had no money Im my account went back to the store and told them they told me the same thing again o wait for the mint of April they will take boubke the amount agreed now that I'm reporting me matelade they telling me they terminating the insurance because of payment which is shocking because our agreement was 6/8 not 19 or 20 I need that mate pad for school purposes that's why I insured it now that my exams are approaching it's bad because I can't use my phone nor access some of my workbooks using the phone please intervine I need help please I'm just a student trying to make it in life
