Bad Service

I made a online purchase on the 12th December 2020 at 13:26pm for a Jordan retro 11. The money was immediately deducted from my account, I received two emails from TFG 1. Confirming my order 2. Confirmation of payment, However on Wednesday the 16th December 2020 I received a email from TFG stating that they have been unable to source the product purchased and my order has been cancelled. I then gave their head office a call this morning 17th December 2020 asking why my order was cancelled as upon purchase all sizes were available to purchase. I was given a lame excuse saying that the 'Warehouse never had stock' and that the product was over sold, Who's problem is this I'm now sitting in a predicament as the sneaker purchased was for my son to wear on Christmas day. I am extremely disappointment in TFG's Online service and would not recommend it to anyone!!!
