BAD SERVICE

Good morning

This morning i tried to do an online purchase at sportscene when i try to make a payment the system took me back to shopping page when i start the process again the size was finished.i then called called customer service for an explanation the lady assisted me and refer me to the the branch in Dobsonville I've been calling since 9:15 till now no one is answering.i then called then called the customer service to ask for the manager number they didnt have the number the lady gave me the Area Managers number that doesnt exit.i need assist with a pair of sneakers.SKU ID: ********** 0 / ********** 0
