BAD SERVICE
This company does not care for its clients, to them you are not a valued individual, i had a bad experience, my account was in errors and i phoned their call center to arrange to pay the full outstanding balance, i paid it and settled the account and told them to close it but today i received a notification that i owe the R15 service fee, i then called them again to find out , how can i owe an account i have terminated. i was told i owe them an additional R50 something rand. this company does not care for the customers they just increase their installments without notifying you and the increases are insane and unrealistic, consumers must be careful who they open an account with , companies like TFG do not care for you , i learned that the hard way. CONSUMERS BEWARE AND ONLY OPEN ACCOUNTS WITH REPUTABLE COMPANIES NOT TFG!! THEY LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH.

We confirm that the charges added to your account after your final payment was received were systematically charged due to your account being in arrears.
We have since reversed these charges and pended your account for closure for the 13th April 2019.
The message you received regarding the increase in service fee was sent to all customers with active accounts, and because your account is only blocked and pended for closure, its status is still active and therefore you received the notification, but we assure you that your account will be closed on the 13th April 2019.
