someone please assist me with TFG one 2 one.. i try to close my account long time ago now i receive an email that they cannot close it because i have an out standing balance which confused me because i payed everything last month this going to ruin my credit record. i cannot even communicate with them because they take time to respond and i tried to call them but not one is responding
