Bad service
I ordered sneakers for my son more than 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting for it to arrive. We ordered 2 pairs for for each child but the one sons pair arrived within a week and the other I am still waiting on. I called the call centre and a lady assisted me trying to track my parcel but couldn’t get any updated information from the courier . She took my details and said she would call me back. Days later I am still waiting. Just 1 day ago my husband called into the call centre as well to follow and the guy said it was out for delivery on Thursday . Today is Saturday and we are still waiting .... P*** order number... very bad service
