BAD SERVICE

I am paying money that I doesn't know , some ladies called me drunk and truy to charm me and they made me join their subscription and worse part i didnt even receive the magazines that they said i will receive . No w i am paying the credit for something i didn't get and i called your agents they never assisted instead they transfered calls to another departments all of them they were not able to assist me , lastly how can you chrge R70 for an sms while on nertwork its R1 and you charge R70 for sending one email that its 1 MB ITS UNFAIR the only thing you guys are ****s and ruining peoples credit score .
