Bad service - G-Star

<div>I called G-Star Galleria, Amanzimtoti on 02 August 2023 at about 15h15 and spoke to Fikile and I told him that I had a sku and wanted to check for physical stock of a dress. He then told me to call after 5min because he was busy with in-store customers. When I called after 10min Nosipho answered and I explained the reason for the call and she also told me to call back since the computer was being used for in-store sales. I then explained that I'm calling for the second time. She told me to give description and sku (***8) after awhile she came back and said she found it but the sku that I gave is incorrect (even though I found it on her store website) I then told her that I can only come and buy in about 2hrs but she said she can't keep it aside. As much as I understand that the item is on sale and the policy says they cannot keep sale item aside, I expect a little bit of courtesy especially when we talking about 2hrs. I have bought items on sale from different stores under TFG that were kept aside for me and salespeople are always helpful like informing that if I'm not there by certain times they'll put the item back on display. I felt like Nosipho wasn't helpful since I insisted on being assisted over the phone.</div>
