Bad service

RM219774, I bought a cellphone at foschini in Dec with no insurance the next thing i see on my statement is an unauthorized cellphone insurance debit, i dont know how many i called you guys to reverse this debit and promised that it will reflect on my next statement month after month, its April still theres no credit of that unauthorized insurance debit after your empty promises, where is your loyalty and honor of all these years that i held your account and paid it accordingly, you are about to lose me as your client for not fulfilling what you promised me, i will settle this account and close it.
