Bad Rude Disrespectful Attitude

I will NEVER EVER (and never is a long time) but NEVER will I shop at Sportsscene N1 City again. This has been the umpteenth time that either myself or my mom has been on the receiving end of their pathetically rude non-service.! Today while wanting to pay the TFG account, my mom and son waited for ages on end to be helped with the payment. Does TFG not want payment for their accounts??? The guy who was supposed to be assisting, blatingly ignored my mom and when she eventually left (without paying) he annoyingly called her back. My mom ignored him (like he did earlier) and when my son turned around to look, he saw this person pull a face and lift his arm in annoyance! I am upset, disappointed and absolutely disgusted in this "service". As mentioned, we will NEVER shop there again!
