Bad quality items sent , ******* website no proper description on items

I made a new purchase after you guys inconvenienced me and sent me a damaged pair of sneakers..i had to waste my own time and money to go and return this sneaker for a bad quality item sent.. So i placed another order and this time you guys sent me a used and stretched sneaker in a torn box with torn paper inside the box.. If any of you at TFG will pay R2000 for a sneaker and except the item in that condition then unfortunately you are in the wrong industry. What is going on with you guys with these items.i am so disappointed with the service and quality of your stuff recently. Oh and your website still is the worst I have ever been on.

Im on the hi online page and you guys have a 10% sale for a Samsung watch..how am i supposed to know the proper description and size of the item if you guys do not have it on the page? Please please just go back to the previous website set up.
